Namaste, welcome to the meditation and yoga centre at Mermaid Beach. You’ll find it easy to relax and unwind in our vibrant, comfortable, air conditioned yoga and meditation space. 


As a non-profit, community based yoga lifestyle centre, we are proud to offer an authentic, wholistic approach to the ancient practice of yoga. Our goal is to provide you with the tools you need to live a truly balanced life - mentally, physically and spiritually.

Nothing complicated, just practical and powerful techniques to help you navigate modern life with clarity, inner peace and joy.


The programmes of the ASMY are simple and enjoyable and can benefit everybody regardless of age or current physical condition. Our goal is to guide you to a more balanced lifestyle with an increased sense of wellbeing and vitality as your body grows stronger and more flexible, your mind calm—and bring a greater sense of sacredness into daily life.


With over 40 sessions a week covering all aspects of the yoga lifestyle, from asanas, wellness workshops and meditations to live kirtan, art, dance and wisdom, there is something to help you take the next step on your yoga journey.
