BRIEF OVER VIEW :

We offer more of a comprehensive curriculum .

ASANA: unites the softness of yin with hatha and the physical of yang with vinyasa. The methodology includes a detailed breakdown of each pose covering the five main categories of standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, and inversions.How to safely go into and out of each pose, adjustments, modifications, foundation, alignment, symmetry and the benefits and contraindications.

TEACHING: Teaching begins in the first week starting one to one, and slowly expanding into small groups

ADJUSTMENT CIRCUS: Have fun learning to art of adjustments , rotating partners and appreciating the difference of bodies, needs and adjustments.

PHYSICAL ANATOMY: The study of the structure of the physical body including bones, systems and understanding the muscles used in various asanas and how it effects our system. The nervous system, the respiratory system, the circulatory system, the digestive system.

SUBTLE ANATOMY: An introduction to the unseen chakras, the 7 main energy centres that influence our beliefs, and consciousness.

MEDITATION: Experience four different meditation practices. 40 min each day

PRANAYAMA: Improving your health, stilling your mind through the practice of yogic breathing. Remembering how to breath properly, and learning various breathing techniques for better health. one hour per day

KRIYAS: Internal cleanses to redirect the energy.

BANDHAS: Study of the 3 major locks within the body how it effects your nervous system, which influences your mind, and body. 

MUDRAS: Apply various hand and body mudras used to seal and redirect energy to a specific area of the body. 

NADA YOGA (Yoga of Sound): Includes chanting, study of mantras, bhajans ( devotional songs) and vocal play, at least 3 hours per wk

PHILOSOPHY: Study of the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita

CONSCIOUS EATING & NUTRITION: Deepen your relationship to food through  mindful eating in silent at each breakfast. Talks about sugar, super foods, and what are good and bad fats.

YOGA NIDRA: Means yogic sleep. Understand and experience the deep benefit to relaxing and rotating consciousness.

CEREMONY: We see this journey together is sacred and we start and end with a ceremony and if time allows on the full or new moon will also offer connection to the rhythms of the moon.

KIDS YOGA: Play, be creative, and ignite your imagination. Offering two kids yoga classes to bring in the aspect of play.

PARTNER YOGA: Trust, feeling safe and being open to another as you support each other in various poses.

Its really about you feeling soul good!. Through the practice and teachings of Yoga you learn to feel good. 

Having awareness in your practice you begin to hear your inner wisdom. We can guide you, yet its for you to find your inner guidance. We are only here to share what is light to us in knowledge, wisdom and experience. Guide you through the dark, yet not tell you what to see. 

CONSCIOUS EATING : 

The food which is served is always coming from a place of conscious awareness, being organic when possible, and of course Vegetarian mainly Vegan. We also offer lectures on conscious eating, and nutrition. Understanding the fuel of the body makes you feel uplifted or not. 

OUR TEAM :                                                                                               We have five amazing  teachers who are excited to transmit their yoga passion, experience and knowledge to you. Our diverse team of yogis have a comprehensive background which includes a nurse/ nutritionist, counsellor former zen monk, playful and enthusiastic vinyasa lover, holistic healer, shiatsu practitioner, sound healer, plus two senior experienced teachers who have studied for more than 15 years each

VENUE: Our venue is Mandalabali in Southern Bali, which supports holistic and vibrant living, offering vegan, vegetarian and raw food options in there cuisine. Our classroom has a magnificent view over looking the Indian ocean. Living close to the elements of nature help us to reconnect us to our inner power, and connection to creation.

 6:30 – 8:00 Meditation, Pranayama and Chanting

 8:30 – 10:00 Asana

10:00 – 11:00 Breakfast ( In silence )

 11:00 – 13:00 Anatomy/ Philosophy

13:00 – 15:30 Lunch Break

 15:30 – 18:30 Can include the following topics Teaching methodology or adjustments Teaching practice or class, Yoga nidra or chanting

FEE Course is $2500 USD / Early bird . Increases $300 if paid after Dec 15, 2014.
