The classes are held in specific series to better serve the needs of individuals within a closed group setting and to create a sense of continuity and community. By committing to a series you not only obtain full benefit from the practices, but also prioritise your own healing process.
You have the option to book in for an individual one-on-one session first to learn more about this therapeutic practice and discuss your needs further before coming to a series. Or you may want to just come to class.
