Yoga in Daily Life ® is an International not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to bringing the benefits of yoga and meditation to the wider community.

Yoga in Daily Life The System® is an authentic and holistic system of yoga practices and includes physical exercises, yogic breathing, relaxation and meditation. 

Yoga in Daily Life The System® was founded by Vishwa Guru Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda and is designed to prepare the body and mind starting with simple exercises that gradually lead to more advanced asanas.

Classes, courses and workshops are held throughout the year including Yoga for Beginners & intermediate, Early morning wake up classes, Yoga for Back & Neck Care, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Chakra Course. 

"Yoga in Daily Life" offers a comprehensive system of techniques, practices and methods for the attainment of physical, mental, social and spiritual health. Nowadays greater stress and tension is placed upon almost every area of life, methods for the attainment of inner peace and the release of tension are essential to maintain wellbeing and health of body, mind and soul.
