She has gained her yoga teacher training from the Australian College of Classical Yoga and Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga Dharamshala in India.
She is a keen practitioner of Iyengar yoga and uses knowledge accumulated from her teachers and courses followed to heal people in a range of ailments.
Yoga is taught and used as therapy for ailments such as High & Low Blood Pressure, Heart Conditions, Mood and Anxiety disorders, Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Menopause, Neck, Shoulders and Low back pain and Knee problems.
She also practices Ayurvedic treatment for body types and Reikki.
Meditation sessions are held to suit individual needs.
There are no timetabled classes as such as I cater to individual needs. Time and days are negotiated when registering.
