HI! I’m Evelyn and you’ll see me around Kundalini house teaching the Wednesday morning tribe some dynamic YIN, followed by a mind/body surrendering Yoga Nidra. I’m also the resident Sunday evening Yin teacher. As far as practice goes I find Yin the most magic.

I started practicing yoga because I was cracked open by heart ache. This made me question everything and I knew there was more to life than what I was doing.

I was inspired to continue because I found balance and freedom through the movement, breath and philosophy.

My training in Tantric Hatha with Everett Newell *Zuna Yoga has given me the tools to explore, create and nourish genuine connection with my self and others.

People love my classes because they’re genuinely me. They’re experiential, dynamic and warm and together we tackle real life philosophies through various techniques. These classes are a full body, mind, and soul integration.
