We offer 30 beginner to intermediate Hatha classes Every week! On top of that we also have a small number of Mat Pilates classes at our studio. 

Our teachers are experienced and have a great interest at the biomechanics of yoga, our classes focus on strength and flexibility.

To simplify finding the right class we have structured our class timetable like a drivers license:

L Plate for beginners

P Plate for beginner-intermediate

Open for intermediates. 

However you are welcome to join any class you like.

We play upbeat music throughout the class to lighten the mood! Yoga is fun!
