We’re a boutique yoga and meditation studio located at the junction of three of Sydney's favourite suburbs: Mascot, Rosebery & Alexandria.

 

We offer over 20 classes a week designed to support, detox, inspire and transform. Our highly trained teachers infuse their classes with their own personality and creativity. They will modify poses and pacing of the class based on the people there on the day. No one size fit all yoga here.

 

The benefits of yoga and meditation have been well documented. After two weeks of yoga, you will feel stronger in your body, calmer in your mind and more joyful in your spirit.

 

While our philosophy is rooted in the yogic tradition, our programs span well beyond yoga. Our purpose is to help you find your OM. An intangible space where everything comes together in a perfect symphony. It’s stillness and movement and everything together, in balance.

 

Our collective of yoga, meditation and wellness professionals are dedicated to providing a range of classes, workshops, events and retreats for a healthy body, mind and soul.
