Join us in the tranquil serenity of the Springbrook Rainforest to retreat to the Self. Allow nature to do what it does best, heal.
In this retreat we will
~ refine our bodies in Asana (posture) ~ increase and direct our vital energy through Pranayama, Mudras & Bandhas ~ gain insightful tools to refocus the mind in meditation (dharana) ~ deepen our level of concentration in meditation (dhyana) ~ resulting in unwavering stillness, leading us to intuitive wisdom, inner bliss.
This retreat offers a blend of dynamic and restorative practice suitable for all bodies and levels of experience. We will explore various meditation techniques and utilise different tools to help sharpen the mind, obtain clarity and discover inner peace.
The retreat centre is nestled in the Gold Coast Hinterland, Springbrook. Close to the Natural Arch there are plenty of rainforest walks to choose from while also being 40min drive from Burleigh Heads beach. The three days are fully catered with nourishing vegetarian meals.
