This Beginners Yoga Course is progressive over six weeks. Attend as many beginners yoga classes as you can each week. After you have purchased your yoga pass, please book into your preferred class each week so as not to miss out on the yoga class you want. Where possible, we recommend that you attend the same class each week to build your confidence.
We offer 8 Beginners yoga classes every week at various times, and are in the process of adding even more classes. Each week is part of a progressive course taught over 6 weeks. Aim to do at least one class per week.
Even if you have missed the early bird special, but are keen to get started, then just choose the class that starts next.
As a beginner, in any week you can choose any or all of these yoga classes.
