Let’s leave the rest of the world behind us and spend a week in sun-drenched Koh Samui renewing and reviving ourselves for the rest of the year!
A perfect mid-year break to de-stress, recharge and bliss out. Sarasvati and Danni will lead you through vibrant and awakening Yoga in the morning, and a slow and rejuvenating practice in the late afternoon. These two experienced Yogis will also delve into some of the more interesting applications of Yogic philosophy, exploring the ways that Yoga goes beyond the mat and reaches into our thoughts and feelings, our daily lives.
Revive - Your body and mind while delving deeper into the practice of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness.
Renew – Morning Yoga to awaken, Late afternoon Yoga to calm and restore, Meditation to still the mind.
Restore - We will stay at the tranquil Samahita Retreat, providing a serene, supportive and beautiful environment to enjoy our retreat. As well as a late afternoon restorative yoga practice, this peaceful setting makes it the ideal place for walks, relaxation and self exploration.
