Karen honours the holistic view of yoga, which goes beyond physical postures. All areas of health benefit - physical, mental, emotional and social. Karen has been practising yoga for more than sixteen years and has enjoyed a variety of styles which influence her teaching style, including, hatha, vinyasa, contemporary, power, ashtanga and the Yoga in Daily Life System. Karen draws from her extensive yoga experience to offer variety in her yoga sequences. Every class has something different to the last. She continues to be amazed by yoga and continues to learn more about this ancient science through her own studies and by attending workshops. She is deeply grateful to all her teachers who have supported her on her life's journey.
