In this sequel to Mind Your Knees, we will focus on the hips. The anchor point of our legs and spine. We will explore their basic anatomy and the vital role they play in facilitating movement in our legs and back.
We will practice a range of poses which help to increase range of motion and freedom in the hips and identify healthy alignment points for the pelvis, legs and back in common standing and sitting poses.

15 minute realxation and meditation to finish
