Spring Iyengar Yoga Workshop
September 1 & 2
with Rachel Gentely
For Level 1 Intermediate students
& Beginners with some experience

 

Saturday and Sunday:  2.30 - 4.30 PM

With a hint of Spring in the air, introduce your body to the warmer months and open yourself to the eight petals of yoga starting with Asana. This workshop will focus on the roots from where a beautiful flower can grow.

Learn more about how developing the foundation asana enhances the stability & lightness of your mind and body.
