Description

A workshop for women that combines the principles of naturopathy, nutritional medicine and yogic medicine to promote hormone harmonization.

> Learn what and how certain foods and herbs optimize neurotransmitter and hormone health.

> Discuss how stress (mental, physical or emotional) and constant ‘busyness’ impacts the female reproductive system and how to combat it.

> Discover how common female hormonal conditions such as PMS, PCOS, fatigue, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, contraceptive pill withdrawal, endometriosis, weight gain or inability to lose weight & infertility can be helped or healed through appropriate naturopathic, nutritional and yogic medicine.

> Finish with a Kidney/Urinary Bladder Yin Yoga sequence & meditative practise to promote the parasympathetic nervous system and create an environment for optimal hormone production.

This is a unique workshop that is part group Naturopathy consult, part women’s circle and part yoga class, designed to give you the fundamental knowledge and tools for adrenal and female hormone health and wellbeing.
