Sol teaches Traditional Yoga practices to Corporate, Community, Individual and Special needs groups promoting wellbeing, insight and development at personal, relational and professional levels.

The perspective and approach to teaching is guided by Traditional Yoga including Buddhist values and are supported by Eastern contemplative and Western contemporary research and learning.

The style of teaching is adapted to individual, group and situational needs while working safely within current natural constraints and circumstances. Classes typically follow gentle, slowly progressive and relaxed practices based on Asana (physical postures and movement), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (Deep relaxation), Meditation (mindful contemplative awareness).

Depending on participants, these practices may range from the gentle, subtle movement of limbs and joints, to moderate strength developmental practices and occasionally stronger dynamic practices. At times special Yoga events such as contemplative pilgrimage walks are conducted e.g. travelling to the Himalaya: Nepal, Tibet, Mt Kailash, Lake Manasarovar.

Working with a broad range of people, groups, organisations, cultures and traditions, Sol's approach to Yoga is highly inclusive. This includes supporting the creation of a welcoming, friendly and respectful space which is supportive of diversity including to participants with (and with-out) specific beliefs, traditions, religious, or spiritual views.
