Om Yoga classes are based in the Hatha and Vinyasa Flow styles of Yoga.


 


Classes include practice of pranayama or yoga breathing exercises, Asana or yoga poses, exercises and postures, Savasana or guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra.


 


Classes are designed to increase energy,mindfullness, release stress, stretch, strengthen, balance and tone the body, mind and soul!
