Cassandra Missio

Cassandra Missio has been teaching yoga since 2003 and practising since 1997. From 2002 to 2006 she undertook a traditional teacher mentoring apprenticeship  with Craig Sharp, the Director of The Art of Yoga, Summer Hill. This supported the development of  her daily yoga and meditation practice, gave her an opportunity to assist Craig in class and on retreat and also support him in all operations of the studio.

In 2006 Cassandra established her own yoga studio RadianceYoga in Chiswick which has now become Earth and Sky Yoga in Marrickville where she is the Director and Principal Teacher.

After many years of refining her teaching, Cassandra became a certified Anusara Teacher in 2009. She teaches a wide range of general classes from beginners to advanced as well as more specialised restorative and prenatal classes. She has many dedicated students who have been attending her classes for over 10 years. She has also established a busy private practice and teaches many one-on-one yoga therapy sessions per week.
