Set in a relaxed, supportive and friendly atmosphere, these prenatal yoga classes are designed to support you and your growing baby whilst also providing an opportunity for reflection and relaxation. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.

Pregnancy affects all layers of the human system, not least the physical body.

Yoga during pregnancy provides women with an opportunity to connect with their body, breath and mind, helping them embrace and accept the changes they experience on their journey to motherhood with an open and positive attitude.

Using a variety of yoga tools including asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises), these prenatal yoga classes will provide holistic preparation and support for pregnancy, birth and motherhood and provide an opportunity to meet and share with other pregnant women.
