Namaste everyone
I am pooja stanslas and a Malaysian Indian. I have years of experience in hatha yoga and mandala yoga. Looking for an opportuntiy to teach beginners or intermediate classes either in Sydney or Melbourne. Thank you

Hi Pooja,
I am Secretary of a Seniors Club at Concord Sydney.
I have been requested to see if we could start a beginners yoga class for them.
I have 9 interested at the moment.
We have aerobic and gentle exercise classes in place as well as ballet and tap dancing so you can see the senior people are keen to participate to keep themselves active.
Any comments or advice would be helpful for me as I know nothing about yoga.
