We are looking for a top notch manager who can teach hot yoga to join the team!!

Fire Shaper Hot Yoga East Perth, is looking for a friendly, smart, authentic, passionate Studio Manager to create high quality, individualized experiences that support our students in living an empowered life now! We are seeking an outgoing, engaging team member who thrives in a community environment and is committed to our core values of honesty, pride, contribution, positivity, passion, and growth. This responsible, business-minded, yoga and fitness enthusiast will ensure the successful operation and growth of the studio. We want the studio manager to be fully certified in yoga teacher training with hands on teaching experience as they will be deliverying a number of classes at the studio aas well as perform management duties.

Position requirements include but are not limited to the following:
Studio Financial Performance
• Consistently reach monthly revenue and sales goals.
• Manage the studio to the budget, including responsible spending and reporting.

• Analyze financial reports and create strategic responses to findings that support the business.

Studio Sales & Marketing
• Create and execute on the monthly marketing plan based on studio needs (new client acquisition, client activation, retention, loyalty, etc.)
• Develop a strong presence in the surrounding community.
• Develop a tight knit community within the studio that is inviting to new students.

Class Schedule
• Frequently review class offering, schedule, and attendance to ensure a wide variety of classes are offered at various times throughout the week.
• Work with directors to tweak and optimize the schedule as needed.

Studio Efficiency
• Effectively manage team member pay to insure studio is viable for the long term.
• Properly train and manage team members on studio technology and processes to ensure cleanliness and accuracy of student data in the POS system (Mindbody Online).

Studio Operations
• Complete payroll and business reports accurately and on time.
• Hire all staff consistent with job descriptions and Fireshaper core values.
• Participation in studio, regional, and company-wide meetings⁄trainings as requested.

Leadership
• Manage the studio by example, consistently perform all tasks at the highest level.
• Uplift all Team Members by giving them the tools to succeed.
• Perform staff performance evaluations.
• Adhere to Fire Shaper Core Values, and uphold the Core Values with all Team Members.
• Terminate staff as performance or availability is not adequate

Ideal Candidate Qualities & Competencies
• Outgoing personality with a strong desire to provide great client service.
• Passion for yoga and wellness, Yoga Teacher Certification and ability to teach hot yoga classes
• Undergraduate Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Corel Draw

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
