I am new to yoga and thought it would be something fun and good for me to do. I have a lot of experience with mindfulness meditations and thought yoga could be a new way of practicing that.
I started to look around on Youtube to instructions for beginners and there are a lot of videos out there. They all share one common problem for me: they are not for complete beginners. This is the format that almost any video starts with:
Saying you don't need experience and that anyone can do this.
Assume some kind of starting pose. For example: Sukhasana (I had to google how the pose was called)
Start doing some movements/breaths while in that pose that are explained rather quickly.
My problems are in these steps. I cannot get into any starting poses that I found so far and when I with highly tense muscles and leaning against a closet for balance try to follow the movements, they always go way to fast. Sometimes they speak too fast (which is solved by just having a lower playspeed on yt) but often it is combined with no explanation what you should do.

Especially due to step 1 I feel pretty discouraged from further trying yoga. I tried for one week now to find a good video and I begin to lose all motivation at this point. I think yoga might not be for me if nobody is able to explain how to start.
So here is the point where I need you, kind person, to help me regain my motivation. Please, does anyone of you know a video that actually is made for beginners and not for people that are already capable in folding their legs in all kind of positions?
