Mysore + Yin + Meditation + Inquiry
Join Jean Byrne & Rob Schutze of The Yoga Space & Chandrika Gibson of Surya Health for our Annual Bali Retreat. Held on scenic Sanur Beach our 2016 retreat is an Ashtanga Yoga Retreat which includes daily Mysore practice and talks on all facets of yoga with Jean & Rob, both Senior Members of Yoga Australia, Authorised Ashtanga Yoga Teachers & researchers. Yoga Therapist Chandrika Gibson will lead Yin, pranayama & meditation classes in the afternoon / evening. All levels of students are welcome, including those new to Mysore style practice. Under the guidance of Jean, Rob & Chandrika this retreat will give you the opportunity to deepen your practice and reflect on how to practice and translate yoga into your life to live more authentically.

Yoga only fee (finding your own accommodation) $700
The Mercure hotel is a large resort with lush green gardens over 5 hectares with direct access to Sanur Beach. Deluxe rooms are more recently renovated and slightly larger. Standard rooms are very comfortable. Classes are held at the Power of Now Oasis on Sanur beach, also located on the Mercure property. Sanur is a peaceful and quite part of Bali perfectly suited to relaxation and nurturing.
If you are coming with a non yoga partner please book a single room and you can pay the additional non yoga partner fee of $300.
Children under age 12 sharing bedding stay for free (but pay for breakfast). If you want a roll out bed please book a deluxe room and we will confirm the roll out cost with the hotel for you. Only one roll out bed per room.
