To give you an idea from a student perspective, here’s some feedback from trainees from previous intensives: “My experience on Tamara’s Teacher Training has been transformative! I feel I have learnt so much valuable knowledge that I can apply to both my practice, my teaching and my life. The compassion Tamara & Julie have shown, along with their knowledge & passion for yoga has inspired me. I have fallen more deeply in love with the practice of yoga and truly feel more balanced and alive then ever before! This has been one of the best things I’ve ever done. Thank you for everything you have my love and devotion for life. Love & Light. __Courtney Walter

“I can honestly say that teacher training was nothing short of a transformational experience. Fantastic teachers, a perfectly paced program and a beautiful group of students meant every session and every day made us feel completely invigorated and inspired. Not only did my own practice evolve in ways I thought impossible in such a short time, Tamara and Julie’s practical teaching tools make you feel so empowered to share all aspects of yoga with those around you. You may be like me, with no intention to ever be a “yoga teacher”. All I can say is I thoroughly encourage you to go to a teaching intensive – not only will your own practice grown immensely, you will also feel totally inspired and able to integrate “teaching” yoga into all aspects of everyday life with family, friends, and at work. It’s no surprise that Tamara and Julie constantly bring out the best in the whole group to create an experience which is simultaneously totally grounding and completely inspiring. Whatever your reason, if you have any inclination to undertake teacher training, then do it. You’ll get more out of it than you imagined possible, and the contentment, love and laughter will stay with you and make you feel like every day is being lived to your fullest potential.”_Dr. Anna West

Well we have settled back into our lives down here at Injidup. Looking back now, I am very grateful for all of the knowledge and information handed down from you over the past 12 months.   I certainly now appreciate the ISHTA lineage, and feel that you have handed to the trainees, and new teachers, a spark of the flame that was lit a long time ago and passed down from Yogi to Yogi.  To me, the program was much more than a teacher training program. It all came together for me with the teaching of the ISHTA DIKSHA in the final intensive.  As you know, I was not sure what I had actually signed up for, as I was not familiar with your studio.  Apart from the teacher qualifications, I now believe that what I was also looking for was inspiration.   I am very pleased to say, that I was inspired in many ways.   For me, being inspired to continue learning and researching the material that was provided was an added bonus. As a result I can say that I am also now inspired to pass on this knowledge and practice where I can to help others to enter and continue to pursue the Yoga journey. _David McSweeney

“Having just completed my first Yoga Teacher training intensive I feel exhilarated and empowered.   I have learnt so much about health and wellbeing as well as profoundly improved my yoga practice.  Tamara and Julie are true masters, I am honoured and privileged to be their student.  A highly enriching experience, thank you!  Namaste.” _Margo Halbert
