Description
Welcome to our 22 day Yoga Alliance 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. This is a Hatha Vinyasa teacher training and will introduce some Yin and Restorative pracrices as well. We will cover all the necessary requrements in lectures for Yoga Alliance standards.
The training will happen in 2 beautiful venues, one on the beach in Canggu called Kurakura retreat center, and one on a spectacular river valley in East Bali called Nirarta retreat center.

Schedule / Itinerary
Typical Daily Schedule:
06.30 : Kriyas, meditation, pranayama
7-8.30: Asana
9.30 : Breakfast and break
10.30 : Group learning time, an alive, interactive look at : Yoga Theory, Methodology, Philosophy or Anatomy.
13.00 : Lunch Break.
15.00 : Group Work, Asana Methodology
Teaching skills,
16.30 – 6.00 Asana – Restorative yoga and relaxation techniques
18.00 : Sunset Chanting, Meditation, Contemplation
During the immersion we will have several days off that will allow you to explore a little of this beautiful Island of the Bali.
