Description

Move into an ancient authentic yogic system from Tibet. Emphasising the coordination of movement and breathing Yantra Yoga helps us learn meditation through experience. This weekend includes two 4 hour sessions to introduce Yantra Yoga or to deepen a student’s understanding, with an emphasis on the experience of breathing and developing capacity for practice.

Special focus on the First Series of Yantras and the Rhythmic Breathing, a Pranayama for Harmonic Balance.

Participants can expect to gain or deepen a practical understanding of a significant part of the Yantra Yoga system, and to experience first-hand some of its benefits such as harmonious breathing, relaxation, presence, awareness and increased vitality.

This short-course can be undertaken as a stand-alone or as a modular part of a complete program of Yantra Yoga.

Saturday 3 & Sunday 4 November, 11am - 3pm

By Donation (recommended $130 both days or $65 one day only)
