MINI RETREAT - time to relax, restore and replenish......
slow down, and breathe......

Enjoy a replenishing MINI RETREAT .....3 gentle hours of 'you' time - to soothe and soften, to slow down, relax, restore and nourish....time to breath.... feel calm and still


***Saturday 7th July (few spaces available) 10am - 1.00pm

These blissful hours will include soothing Restorative Yoga, Mindfullness Meditation and Guided Full- Body relaxation ~
cost is $40 per person or $70 for two - including tasty refreshments and herbal teas - I provide everything you need for this occasion and I look forward to sharing it with you.
