Yoga By The Sea for Families in Maroubra

We are really excited to announce that we are partnering with Randwick City Council to offer a mindful family yoga practice as part of their school holiday Marine and Coastal Adventure program.

Come and celebrate our awesome oceans with a special family yoga and mindfulness practice. Our aquatic yoga adventure will help families understand more about the delicate balance between ourselves and our marine environment.

Families must include at least 1 adult and at least 1 child. Suitable for school aged children.

All adults are welcome, whether you are a parent, carer, family member or friend, come and share a fun family practice with the children in your life.

This workshop includes adapted Hatha yoga postures, a simple acro yoga pose, yoga therapy movements, yoga games, mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, reflection, relaxation and meditation.

Thursday 8th April 2021, 11.30am – 12.30pm.

We’ll meet on the grassed area on the beach side of South Maroubra SLSC

BYO yoga mats or towels, remember to bring a water bottle, sunscreen and your playful imagination!

$20 for 1 Adult + 1 Child, $10 for each additional person
