Description
Our October family yoga was so much fun that we're doing it again!
We'll be back at Tri Shine Wellness in Maroubra these school holidays for more family yoga and mindfulness.
When adults and children come together in their practice something special happens. The energy in the studio is magical, it creates a deep sense of connection and togetherness.
No previous experience is necessary, you just need to bring your mat, a water bottle and a sense of adventure!
Here's the need to know:
When: Sunday 17th January, 2.00 - 3.30pm
Who: Children aged 5 years and over with Grandparents, Mums, Dads, Aunties, Uncles, Cousins, Friends of the family, all are welcome.
COVID restrictions apply, spaces are limited and our last workshop sold out.
