I have practiced classical yoga for 15 years and was extremely fortunate to be mentored through my yoga teacher training, by my kind yoga teacher Bernadette (Serenity yoga). I completed my training in 2012 through the Turiya Yoga Foundation. I have taught in a variety of settings and continue to enjoy making a difference through yoga and meditation by enhancing physical and mental health and wellbeing from children to adults.

Classes consist of joint conditioning warm ups, physical practice (asana) including vinyasa flow, balance and strengthening. Alternative poses are given according to ability. Finishing with breathing techniques(pranayama) , meditation and relaxation. Hand out information given on request. Time to feel blissful!
