Join Aileen for an introduction to Dru Meditation. Dru's approach to meditation will help you to find balance, no matter how you are feeling. If you are agitated, Dru Meditation will bring you calmness. If you are feeling exhausted, it will give you energy. If you are feeling anxious, it will bring you peace.
Beginning with potent Dru Yoga to enable you to sit with ease: Dru's unique Energy Block Release sequences reduce physical tension, calm the emotions and clear distracting thoughts from the mind, making meditation easier. We will further prepare with relaxation and breathing (pranayama) . (Note: It is not necessary to sit on the floor, chair meditators are welcome).
This workshop will be enjoyable and practical, exploerin basic principles that creat a successful meditation practice.
