Join Sarah in a Yoga intensive designed to put the excesses of Christmas behind you! We will explore some familiar poses and deepen our experience of them and learn some new ones in a fun and stress-free way.
Suitable for Students with at least 6 months’ experience of Iyengar Yoga & a good understanding of Shoulder Stand.
