This retreat is another unique offering from YOGA SPIRIT JOURNEYS. Bespoke experiences in the Australian outback.
We are so excited to be facilitating this amazing week of healing and connection with the support of local indigenous elders. Lunar rituals and healing music will also allow you to fully immerse yourself in the oceanic and earthen beauty, sounds, tastes and sights of this spectacular west Australian coastline; by day and by full moonlight!
Think: twice daily yoga and meditation, fine dining, luxury eco accommodation and facilities, indigenous excursions, massage, full moon healing plus TWO DAY TOURS swimming with inquisitive humpback whales, peaceful whale sharks, playful turtles and gentle manta rays! It's PURE MAGIC. I've swum with whales three times in Tonga and it has changed me each time. I will never get sick of it!
Our home for the week is the incredible SAL SALIS - world renowned eco-luxe safari camp dedicated to sustainability and luxury on all levels. This is 'glamping' at its finest. Our group will be occupying 6 of the 16 luxury tents complete with double hammock, full bathroom and super cosy beds made with quality organic bed linen from Eco Downunder. Guest robes, native herb soaps and ecological shampoos are all provided for your comfort. You are not going to want to leave!
Ningaloo Reef is an iconic, internationally renowned paradise - a World Heritage Marine Park in fact - that attracts visitors from all around the world. It offers breathtaking freediving, snorkeling and wildlife experiences. Our tour operators LIVE NINGALOO are renowned and respected for their outstanding service, wildlife knowledge and for delivering a bespoke life changing experience every time. They are the leaders in eco whale shark and whale swim tourism in Exmouth and we will be enjoying TWO private charters with them during our stay.
Swimming as a small eco-focused group is not only the most respectful and conscious way to interact with the animals, but also guarantees you maximum time/swims in the water with minimal disturbance to them and any surrounding creatures. This also encourages the animals to approach us more often out of natural curiosity, so all interactions are on their terms as it should be.
