Yoga Sita offers a holistic and individualised approach addressing both the physical and philosophical practices of yoga in the styles of Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative Yoga and meditation as well as courses, retreats and private lessons. Beginners to all levels are welcome in our encouraging and welcoming environment.
