Prerequisite is to have experience of the third prelude
Utilising linear and/or circular swaying arrangements Asana Angahara is "the sequential arrangement of bodily shapes as well as the arrangement within these shapes” (Shadow Yoga). Nauli Kriya and preparation for inversions are introduced. The nature of the morning linear arrangement is to move prana from the body’s nerves into the blood while the swaying/circular afternoon practice shifts the energy into the nerves cleansing the blood from the day’s activity.
