General Level Class Mondays 6 - 7.45pm These classes are suitable those who have yoga experience even if its just a little bit.
Reduce stress & anxiety; increase strength & flexibility; improve concentration, digestion, health & vitality. Classes include physical exercises to stretch & strengthen the body, relaxation, breathing practices & meditation.
75 minute sessions include the yoga exercises, relaxation, guided breath work & meditation.
8 session term $136 full $96 concession no class 10 June public holiday
