Deb feels honoured and privileged to share the gift of yoga.

She has come from a health and fitness background wanting to help people change their lives to lead longer healthy happier ones.

Yoga felt like a natural progression for Deb as it goes beyond the body.  Yoga not only encompasses the physical aspect, it is a holistic form of mind and body awareness that can improve the quality of your life.  This desire to connect deeply to her true self in her own life has led Deb to the style of Yoga she now teaches and continues to practice.

Deb teaches Vinyasa style classes, connecting the movement to breath.  Classes are focused on the Asana physical practice, pranayama breath work, meditation and ancient yogic philosophy.  Her classes include Beginners and All Levels.  Deb also runs Beginners Courses especially designed for those new to yoga.

She aims to provide a safe, supportive, non-competitive and fun environment where students are encouraged to work at his and or her own ability.  As each student builds strength and flexibility they in turn gain a deeper connection to their true self and therefore resulting in a more content, happy and peaceful life.
