Learning how to effectively use Yoga to bring balance, harmony and peace into your everyday life is some of the many benefits of Yoga. What to expect in this 2 hour Workshop:
Discover the underlying Philosophy to all Yoga practices
Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga - the full path of Yoga beyond asana
Experience a traditional Hatha Yoga practice with Asana, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra
All levels are welcome.
