Backbend Workshop with Caroline Coggins

In this special 2 day workshop with Caroline we’ll be looking at the back body and looking back over the past year as we prepare to look forward with fresh eyes into the new year.

This is an enrolment only workshop for general level students, experienced practitioners, teacher trainees and teachers.

 

 

Included for $150 ( FT student $120)

A total of 6 hours of asana tuition.
