GOING YINSIDE: HOW TO DISSOLVE TENSION WITH THE ART OF YIN YOGA

Sunday 10th November | 11:00am – 1:00pm

Welcome to a soulful journey on the mat. This is a class where we will move meditatively and intentionally through the landscape of our bodies in order to connect to whatever moves us in life; that inner power or spirit. We ride on the breath, move with intention and let the moment set us off to explore yoga in the body, rather than the mind. You will deepen your practice through shredding tension pose by pose, breath by breath. Yin Yoga is about targeting the fascia, connective tissue by staying in poses longer and with a softer intention. Come and help your body and mind to let go of stress and tension. Be the searcher. A searcher for sensation. A searcher for being. No limits. No should, no woulds.
