Throughout this 4 week course you'll learn the techniques and teachings behind meditation. You'll find and understand how to use each key component to set up a daily practice that helps you feel the benefit.

Everyone is welcome to attend our Tamara Yoga Meditation Course – no prior experience with meditation is required.
