A healthy spine supports good posture, balance, and flexibility. Sedentary lifestyles, ingrained patterns of movement, and reduced strength and flexibility can all impact on spinal health and can lead to pain, discomfort, and reduced mobility. In this workshop, we will focus on the importance of maintaining a healthy spine through the practice of yoga.
During this workshop, we will explore the anatomy and function of the spine and surrounding muscles, how we can strengthen and release the back to move with more ease and less pain, and how to care for your spine during and through your yoga practice.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you have a history of spinal issues or simply want to maintain a healthy spine, this workshop will provide you with the tools and knowledge to do so.
