Description
Give your teenage girls the gift of yoga. In this special 2.5 hour workshop for girls entering year 7 & upwards, mum of four Nicole Sanders will lead a guided yoga class tailored to adolescent girls featuring partner/group yoga, followed by creating a vision board for 2019 and finishing with guided mediation to inspire teen girls for the year ahead. A wonderful holiday activity to help girls develop self-awareness & confidence, and set positive goals and intentions. $55 per child.
