Our kids’ yoga classes with Mum of four Nicole Sanders incorporate a combination of energetic & challenging poses to help develop strength, flexibility and balance, along with relaxation, breathing & meditation techniques aimed at improving concentration, confidence and self-worth in a fun, creative and supportive environment.
