With a passion for sharing the practice of yoga with clarity and relevance to 21st century life, this course is crafted from Julie Smerdon’s nearly 2 decades of teaching experience in the US, Australia and abroad. Guided by the principles of Anusara Yoga ™ the course is offered over 12 months, allowing you to fully integrate the teachings, taking them out of the yoga room and into your day-to-day life. Because of our long-standing reputation for excellence, Shri graduates are widely sought after for teaching positions throughout Brisbane. Upon completion of the course, you’ll have ongoing access to mentorship with Julie; the relationships formed are deep and long-lasting.
Shri’s training is recognised by Yoga Alliance and focuses on three main areas of study: Yoga Theory and Practice, Yoga Philosophy, and The Art of Teaching. Trainees successfully completing the requirements of this course may then register with Yoga Alliance at its RYT-200 level.
