A 6 week Introductory course with Diane Cousineau, for you to begin your exploration of Yoga - in Santosha's private, welcoming haven in Paddington.
Course Dates:
3 February - 10 March
(Course consists of 6 weekly classes)
Saturdays 11am - 12:15pm.
This course is designed for those coming to Yoga for the first time - no need to be at all bendy or enlightened. We've all been new at some stage, indeed we're all still new ALL the time! You'll be welcomed with a big smile and open heart, as you are.
In this course, we look at:
* The breath
* Central aspects of alignment
* The basic Yoga postures and movement patterns
* Some of the core, less tangible aspects of the practice
- including the joy of it!!
Diane meets and assists you exactly where you are - old injuries, tightness, worries & all. This is Yoga for real people! Authentic and heart-nourishing.
This course is designed to help you begin to understand what this Yoga thing's really about; and to feel a much greater sense of confidence and ease as you join in casual classes.
Class numbers are capped to 12 students, to allow space for individual attention, and for any questions that might arise.

Course cost is $110 for the 6 weekly classes.
Although regular class passes are not valid for course attendance, a discounted rate of $95 is available for Santosha members, 6 & 12 month pass holders, & concession (pensioners and students). Please contact Ally via above methods to arrange discounted passes.
If you'd prefer not to book online, you can pay cash or eftpos at the studio ahead of time & ask the teacher there to book you in to the course.
