Nikki Blair

Nikki is a Hatha Yoga Teacher with more than 20 year’s experience. 

While seeking to establish & maintain balance between the demands of a stressful corporate career, family and self, yoga became her lifeline and then her passion. Nikki graduated from the well-respected 420hr Diploma of Yoga at Qi Yoga in Manly and is now dedicated to sharing the gift of yoga & well-being with others full time.

Nikki specialises in gentle yoga and aims to help her students find respite from the 'monkey mind'. She loves to inspire her students by helping them to take the tools of yoga off the mat and use them to bring peace and balance anywhere, anytime.
