The Elevate workshop will focus on incorporating the use of props into your practice and how to use them to challenge and grow. Build up a sweat in every pose from a simple downward dog to advanced arm balances and learn how with props, you can work with integrity to bring power and safety into your joint systems. Kristi will explain how to develop muscular strength so you use this to build safe habits and protect yourself as you advance in your yoga practice.
