Sound Healing & Guided Meditation

Join Curt Hannagan for an exploration of the senses! We will begin the workshop with light yoga movements and poses followed by West African Djembe Drum dance rhythms to allow the flow of energy throughout the body in preparation for a deep and interactive soulful sound journey of inner healing. Reach a state of total tranquillity: Stillness of the mind, higher self-awareness and inner healing through a variety of soundscapes and modalities performed on the Hang Drum, Tibetan Singing Bowls and various percussion instruments. Allow yourself to cleanse, break through the barriers of self-doubt and negativity, and achieve a sharp and focused mind, which will raise your vibration and intuition. Sound Healing improves and engages the mind in seeking stillness which creates an internal reset for our bodies and enables us to reach our peak potential.
