Description

Join Fern, Carla and Cat for a weekend of detoxifying yoga, nurturing community and nourishing food. Surrounded by nature on a beautiful 60-acre property purpose-built for yogis, only one hour from Sydney.

You will escape the urban bustle and return feeling like a new human: stillness in your mind, strength in your body and ready to face to silly-season.

The focus of our weekend will be detoxing the body with purifying yoga practices and nutrient rich meals. We will detox the mind with daily meditation, pranayama, sound healing and journaling. We also invite you to unplug for the weekend to really allow stillness
